Good afternoon, Atria Community,
We would like to inform you that the building access system in the Market Building is currently offline. At this time, all Market Building doors controlled by the Swiftlane system, including elevator access points, are not operational.
Please note that key fobs are also not functioning, and there is no alternative electronic access available at this time. Residents may experience difficulty accessing certain areas of the building.
The Island Garage entry door remains operational and should be used for building access. We appreciate your patience as all residents utilize this entry point.
Additionally, garage elevators cannot be called from the garage level and must be called from another floor. For assistance, please contact on-site staff at 619-481-4588.
Management is actively working with the vendor to restore service as quickly as possible. In the interim, we recommend coordinating with on-site staff for access assistance as needed and allowing additional time when entering or exiting the building.
We understand the inconvenience this situation presents and appreciate your cooperation and patience. Updates will be provided as soon as additional information becomes available or once the system has been fully restored.
