Pet Cleanliness Responsibilities

A friendly reminder to all pet owners to please ensure that any pet-related waste or unsanitary conditions are cleaned promptly and thoroughly when they occur within the community.

This includes not only routine pet waste, but any accidental messes that may happen in common areas such as hallways, elevators, stairwells, or other shared spaces. Maintaining clean and sanitary conditions is important for the comfort and well-being of all residents.

As outlined in the CC&Rs:
“Each Owner shall immediately remove any excrement or clean other unsanitary conditions caused by such Owner’s animals on any portion of the Community.” Please note that residents who do not clean up after their pets are subject to a fine of as outlined in Atria’s Enforcement Policy.
